İŞ TANIMI
• Fanuc kontrol ünitesinde program ve ayar yapmak.
• Torna tezgahındaki C ve Y eksen parametrelerini kullanarak karmaşık yapıdaki parçaların programını yazmak.
• Teknik Resim toleranslarına ve dataya göre uygun parça işlemek.
• Günlük iş emirleri doğrutusunda, cnc tezgahlarında parça işleme ve işlenen parçaları ölçü-mastar kontrollerini yapmak.
• Üretim programlarının zamanında karşılanmasını sağlamak.
• Planlanan üretimin en yüksek verimde gerçekleştirilmesini sağlamak.
GENEL NİTELİKLER
• Endüstri Meslek Lisesi ve/veya Meslek Yüksek Okulu Mezunu. (Tercihen Torna-Tesviye, Makina veya ilgili bölümlerden)
• Teknik resim okuma / anlama becerisi olan, geometrik ölçümlendirme ve toleranslandırma konusunda bilgi sahibi. (kumpas, mikrometre, mihengir)
• Talep edilen pozisyonda en az 3 yıl tecrübe sahibi.
• Esnek çalışma saatlerine ve yoğun iş temposuna uyum sağlayabilecek.
• Erkek adaylar için askerlik görevini tamamlamış olan.
• Avrupa yakasında ikamet eden/edebilecek.
• Takım çalışmasına uygun ve motivasyonu yüksek takım arkadaşları aranmaktadır.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Programming and setting on Fanuc control unit.
• Writing the program of complex parts by using the C and Y axis parameters on the lathe.
• Machining parts in accordance with technical drawing tolerances and data.
• According to daily work orders, machining parts on cnc machines and making solid-gauge controls of the machined parts.
• Üensure that production schedules are met on time.
• Ensuring that the planned production is carried out at the highest efficiency.
GENERAL FEATURES
• Industrial Vocational High School and/or Vocational High School Graduate (Preferably from Lathe-Leveling, Machinery or related departments)
• Has the ability to read/understand technical drawings and has knowledge of geometrical measurement and tolerance. (caliper, micrometer, gauge)
• Has at least 3 years of experience in the requested position.
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and intense work Schedule.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
• Residing/will be residing on the European side.
